It’s never too late to leave the dark side! Get off the Ron Paul reservation and join the American System alliance!
Citing Franklin Roosevelt’s Depression-era advice, he told the workers: “You have to stay in the $15 fight until it is a reality. When you raise people’s wages and it raises the standard of living and you increase purchasing power, you actually not only do the right thing morally, but you do the right thing economically, and the whole country is blessed.”
"Necessitous men are not free men." Franklin Delano Roosevelt
An excellent review of our Wall Street-centric tax system by Marcus Stanley of Americans for Financial Reform.
We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, these non-productive criminals are sucking the profit out of America’s real “makers” – not Mitt Romney’s friends, but our industries, farms and small businesses – and taking all the loot to their Caribbean and Swiss hidey-holes.
Make them pay! A Wall Street Sales Tax redirects these gushing rivers of cash toward the Federal budget. If we don’t want that cash going to the Cayman Islands, get it in open, regulated exchanges, before it gets in the greasy hands of Wall Street speculators!
This just in – America is sick of Wall Street!
Vladimir Putin’s statements about the events in Ukraine and US/NATO provocations against Russia:
"Any nation that is part of an alliance gives up part of its sovereignty. This does not always meet the national interests of a given country, but this is their sovereign decision. We expect our national legal interests to be respected, while any controversies that always exist, to be resolved only through diplomatic efforts, by means of negotiations. Nobody should interfere in our internal affairs.
However, ever more frequently today we hear of ultimatums and sanctions. The very notion of state sovereignty is being washed out. Undesirable regimes, countries that conduct an independent policy or that simply stand in the way of somebody’s interests get destabilised. Tools used for this purpose are the so-called colour revolutions, or, in simple terms – takeovers instigated and financed from the outside.
The focus is of course on internal problems. Any country always has plenty of problems, especially the more unstable states, or states with a complicated regime. Problems do exist, still it is not clear why they should be used to destabilise and break down a country – something we see rather frequently in various parts of the world.”
"Walgreens is the pharmacy that, at least according to its website, can be found ‘at the corner of Happy & Healthy.’ If its executives have their way, however, it may soon be found near the intersection of Ziegelackerstrasse and Untermattweg in Bern, Switzerland. By acquiring a much smaller Swiss company which is located there, the American company can dodge millions in American taxes."
Will the latest trade “harmonization” agreement between the US and EU pull down the national health insurance systems in the UK and other EU countries? We hope not, and Wall Street, London and Amsterdam hope so!
To our European friends, welcome to our world, where your life is in the hands of billionaire cocaine addicts!
Thanks David Palmer for the tip!

"A $7 billion settlement against a too-big-to-fail bank? What’s not to love?
We’ll answer that with another question: If the settlement that the Justice Department just negotiated with Citigroup is meant as punitive, why did Citigroup’s stock go up when the deal was announced?”
